This roller is the best product for anyone with lower back problems. The roller is very firm and some padding over the roller durring use will help. I highy recomend this product.

Channel Roller Turned Out to Be for My Daughter

I bought the roller due to its channel in the middle. It's a really nice roller, but I was expecting something a little less hard. I gave it to my daughter who is a Movement Specialist and Pilates instructor. She absolutely loves it! I'm glad I bought it and now she has a Channel Roller she loves.
