The TriggerPoint GRID Mini Foam Roller is for anyone who simply wants to move better. From beginner to advanced user, the GRID Mini can help work through the tight muscles, knots and kinks that prevent feeling good and moving well. The GRID Mini was designed with a three-dimensional surface of varied widths meant to replicate the feeling of a massage therapist’s hands. The GRID Mini measures four inches long and 5.5 inches in diameter and has been weight tested to support up to 250 pounds of static load making it super travel-friendly and extremely durable.

We deliver through Direct Freight and do our best to ship all orders within two business days (excluding public holidays). Direct Freight does NOT ship to Parcel Lockers or P.O. Boxes, so please ensure you provide a residential address for delivery.

Direct Freight has authority to leave parcels at the nominated address, so TriggerPoint is not liable for any stolen or missing parcels. If you are unable to locate your delivery or believe it has gone missing, please contact Direct Freight directly for assistance.

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, and estimated shipping times for Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are 1-4 working days. For other states, delivery times may be longer.

We offer free standard shipping for orders of $100 or more.
