MB5 Massage Ball

The MB5 massage ball is a medium-size massage ball crafted from premium foam and features a unique layered construction made up of different densities, designed to help manipulate soft tissue and fascia by breaking up adhesions and stimulating blood flow and oxygenation to enhance recovery and easy discomfort. The unique EVA foam surface is quite dense, yet has the ability to compress depending on how the user interacts with it, making it a versatile tool that lets you customize the amount of pressure you're aiming to employ on key muscles. The larger cousin to our best-selling MB1 massage ball, the MB5 sports a larger diameter size (5 inches, or 12.5 cm, in diameter) that makes it ideal for muscles in the back, legs, hips, and more, providing unique sensations and varying ways to address muscle soreness and soft tissue discomfort than roller-style self-massage tools.

We deliver through Direct Freight and do our best to ship all orders within two business days (excluding public holidays). Direct Freight does NOT ship to Parcel Lockers or P.O. Boxes, so please ensure you provide a residential address for delivery.

Direct Freight has authority to leave parcels at the nominated address, so TriggerPoint is not liable for any stolen or missing parcels. If you are unable to locate your delivery or believe it has gone missing, please contact Direct Freight directly for assistance.

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, and estimated shipping times for Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are 1-4 working days. For other states, delivery times may be longer.
